The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
