Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

This 1950s remodeled home is perfect for a weekend get away! Cookeville has lots to offer and this home is right in the middle of town. Less than a mile from Tennessee Tech University, 10min from CrossFit Mayhem and only 20 min from beautiful parks, state and waterfalls.
