This cottage can be enjoyed year round, from sunny summer days on the dock, gorgeous fall colours and cozy winter nights by the fireplace. Only 30 minutes drive to Horseshoe valley ski resort. It is located on the Severn River with an approximately 100 ft long dock that runs along a very deep section in the river. It offers great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Close to the cottage are the town of Washago, Casa Rama, stunning Coopers Falls and CN rail walking trail.

Imagine starting your day reconnecting with nature amidst wooded walking trails. Along your walk you see geese swimming in the river, goats exploring the woods, and Highland cattle grazing in the pasture. Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
