It's close to Light-rail, a Nice Ride station, downtown, restaurants, grocery, and the airport. The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season screen porch is where I spend most of my time.

You will be welcomed and comforted in the home with a brand-new chef's kitchen, a "TapHaus" with two local craft beers on tap; and modern heating, electrical and plumbing.

We provide spices, oils, coffee, and tea and all the supplies needed for fine in home dining.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.

The New Victorian Penthouse is our newest and most unique offering! Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-Bedroom, 1-Bath residence with a large living room, sunny kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Be advised, it’s 3-story walk-up! (No elevators in this old lady.)
