Trash & Yard Maintenance Information Trash Disposal: You’ll find the kitchen trash can inside a pull-out drawer cabinet located under the gas stove. Extra trash bags are stored there as well. Once the trash bag is full, please dispose of it in the gray outdoor trash bin located on the left side of the house. No recycling separation is required. Please make sure all trash goes into the gray bin only, as this is the only bin collected by the city. Trash pickup is handled by the city. The gray bin should be placed on the street Monday evening along with neighboring houses and will be collected. You may return the bin to its original spot on Tuesday evening. Landscape Maintenance: Our weekly landscaping team visits every Thursday morning between 9:00–11:00 AM for a brief 20–30 minute cleanup of the front and backyard to keep the outdoor areas clean and well maintained. They will not need access inside the home. Also Please note that there is a storage area inside one upstairs bedroom, an additional storage space on the first floor, and the garage is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. These areas are used exclusively for storage and Airbnb operational supplies, including cleaning equipment for our staff. All doors marked as “ Staff Only” will remain locked at all times and are NOT accessible to guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
