This journey, along with my new wife Joy, has lead to us becoming Airbnb hosts. Our eclectic, cozy, charming, spacious and right on the Bayou listing is a place we are sure you’ll love. Large picture windows for gazing at the bayou let in lots of natural light. Fully handicap accessible! Not suitable for children. Cleanliness and hospitality are our specialties! No pets!! 5🌟

Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Broken Road Cottage

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Sullivan's Country Home

Come enjoy a peaceful stay at Sullivan's Country Home! Located on the quiet corner of Sullivan Loop, this home is close to I-20 for easy access to the highway (but far enough to avoid highway noise!) Perfect for a large family or a couple of couples! King Bed, Queen Bed and Bunk Beds occupy the 3 bedrooms. Large dining room, access to washer and dryer, large fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room completes this cozy space.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
