Seahorse Cottage is a cheerful, light-filled, immaculately clean cottage that you will love to call your home away from home. Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center. Fantastic views of Resurrection Bay. Watch the sun come up over Mt. Alice while you enjoy your cup of coffee from the back deck, and catch the sun's last rays from the living room couch.

Eagle's Nest Cabin on Salmon Creek

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just one mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagle nest sits above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

MountainTop Cabin

Our property is new construction that we completed in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Nestled in central Seward, with panoramic mountain views overlooking Resurrection Bay, this newly renovated apartment is the ideal vacation hub. Adventure is at your doorstep with seaside bike paths, Mt. Marathon hiking trail, the boat harbor, and Seward’s famous SeaLife Center.

Clear Creek Cabin

Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin located just 5 minutes from Seward. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

Welcome to my little cabin. Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision.

Coast & Clay offers amazing views of the bay located right downtown! With two bedrooms (queen beds), 1.5 baths, laundry, full kitchen, queen sofa bed in the living room and a great dining room table, you'll have everything you need for 6 guests! A charming pottery shop out front has items made by the owner for sale or enjoy handmade favorites stocked for your stay.

The Little Yellow House

Enjoy a pleasant stay all to yourself in this cozy 1-bedroom home centrally located within walking distance of downtown Seward, the boat harbor, Resurrection Bay and the Mount Marathon jeep trail. A perfect home-base for Seward adventures during winter or summer - the Little Yellow House was originally built in 1950 and still has the old Seward charm.

Kenai Cove Log Cabin

Kenai Cove Log Cabin is a tranquil lakeside hideaway. This custom log home boasts cathedral ceilings, stunning lake views, a large covered deck with a grill, trout fishing and a beach full of perfect skipping rocks. The cabin sleeps a total of 7 guests. It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.

Built in 2016, comfortable unit in a 6 unit lodge in secluded, beautiful rain forest setting. Five minutes from the Seward harbor, 10 to downtown. Small room has awesome king mattress and pillows, walk in shower, coin op laundry on site, and WIFI. Mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, private parking, and linen service daily.
