The perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. This immaculately tidy 3 bedroom/2 bath home sits on a huge .25 acre lot in the heart of Rio Rancho. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our 500 sq. ft. casita. The space is only accessible by a secure walkway connected to the main house. We will welcome you and hand you the keys to both your casita and the main house. You will have complete privacy surrounded by nature and the Corrales Bosque. The Bosque Trail runs directly behind your casita. You can walk, bike, or jog along the acequia (waterway) or wander along the Rio Grande River and gaze at the majestic Sandia Mountain across the water.
