Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

This 2 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. Complimentary snacks, cereals and drinks. Fully equipped kitchen with d/w. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and queen beds. Bedroom 1 has a 50''smart TV. 75"tv in the living area and RC A/C, free wifi. There is an outdoor smoking area. Elysium Cottage is situated on a recently developed, 65 acre cattle property in Fitzroy Falls. The property is only a 15 minute drive from the 3 main Southern Highland town centres of Bowral, Moss Vale & Robertson. Elysium is a new, 56sqm. fully self-contained, 2 bedroom country retreat, overlooking the beautiful Fitzroy Falls Reservoir. Although positioned 20 metres from the main house, it offers privacy and tranquillity in a natural bush land setting.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Built in 1895, The Church was lovingly converted and completed on 24 May 2019 as a one bedroom very large studio, full of original art works with a creative interior design. Situated in the heart of the picturesque Robertson village and a short distance to many highland markets and wineries, waterfalls and gorgeous countryside, The Church is the perfect location for your Southern Highlands getaway.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

Tiny House at Foxground

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
