The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
