This peaceful cottage has a rustic, yet modern feel to it. It is set on the edge of a wooded area with plenty of wildlife to enjoy, near Massanutten Resort. Enjoy the ambiance of the small electric fireplace, well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, or the front porch swing. The bathroom features an old-fashioned claw foot tub, fitted with a shower head. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider and a basket of snacks with your stay. A peaceful, rustic setting in a historic town. Sleeps 1 - 4 guest. 15 mins from Harrisonburg, JMU and I-81! It is located close to popular tourist sites. The drive has beautiful views year around! It is a nice area for a walk or run. Located within walking distance of a country store, a church, and a Community Center - which can be rented out for events. We are only 15-20 mins from I-81. If you are looking for a place to rest to break up a long trip, this would be a nice place to stay!

Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.
