This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Bay View backs onto sand dunes leading to the beautiful Greatstone beach. It has a very relaxing atmosphere with panoramic views from Dover to Dungeness. The beach is very safe for children and great for dog walking all year round. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.

Peaceful Idyllic Stable on Romney Marsh near Rye

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.
