Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. L appartement se situe à Gourdon même à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Un petit jardin qui sera aménagé au printemps se situe juste devant le studio.

Coté forêt et au coeur d'un ensemble de deux maisons traditionnelles périgourdines, le calme est total et l'endroit se prête a l'introspection positive, seul ou en couple. Un seul incontournable en hiver: jeter quelques buches dans le poêle, et faire tourner le ventilateur l'été si vous l'appréciez.2 chambres sont disponibles dans le logement.
