Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. If you're up for a walk, the area’s trails will take you into the town center or down to the beach. Boligen er opført i 2024 og byder på tre hyggelige dobbelt soveværelser med god skabsplads. Det ene master bedroom har TV. Huset har 2 skønne badeværelser begge med bruseniche på det ene badeværelse er der vaske/tørre muligheder. Feriehuset ligger tilbagetrukket og for sig selv men samtidigt kun med 2 km til Nørlev strand, 3 km til Skallerup Seaside Resort og 6 km til Lønstrup. Mod syd er udsigten over indlandsklitterne i Skallerup og mod vest udsigten mod havet.

Super hyggeligt, charmerende og lyst sommerhus. Huset er beliggende på en stor uforstyrret naturgrund med gåafstand til en fantastisk natur, hvor de smukke klitter tager pusten fra dig! Det tager 10 min at gå ad de smukke stier ned til vandet. Nyd nattens stjerner og slap af i vildmarksbadet under åben himmel. Måske I er heldige og oplever nordlyset. Huset ligger 7 km fra Løkken og 4 km fra Lønstrup. Begge byer er helt fantastisk smukke og byder på mange hyggelige butikker og caféer.

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Grunden er omgivet af store træer, der giver god læ for vestenvinden og skaber mange lege muligheder for børn. Sommerhuset ligger midt i den storslåede natur ved Vesterhavet. En lille sti fører fra huset over klitheden til Vesterhavet, en gåtur på ca. 10 minutter, hvor I finder nogle af Danmarks smukkeste badestrande.
