Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. The Historic Proctor-Green House

The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck. A small kitchen with most amenities, a large claw foot bath tub, outside a relaxing covered deck and fire pit await you. You can also look at our other cabin, “Cabin by the Pond,” on AirBnb.

Big Cabin on the Guadalupe River

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen size in back bedroom, and front bedroom has two twin beds. Full Kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove. Two bathrooms. This cabin is about 100 feet from the Guadalupe River with good fishing and deep water at dock. Canoe and kayaks available.

A modern RV in the middle of nowhere. A 27 ft. RV sits on 1 acre right on the San Antonio River. Enjoy fishing and just relaxing in a quite outdoor setting.
