Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju udaljenom samo 1 km od pješčane plaže Posedarje koja nudi prostrani boravak za 10 osoba uz privatni bazen i parking uz sami objekt. Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

Apartman idealan za obiteljski odmor, smješten u Gornjem Poličniku u mirnom okruženju s pogledom na planine i terasom u netaknutoj prirodi. Nekretnina je 14 km udaljena od Zadra.
