Located just off US-29 and US-460, this private downstairs studio apartment is less than 4 miles from the airport, Liberty University, restaurants and shopping. Guests will have their own access to the downstairs space using a separate keypad entry. The property is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with several cul-de-sacs to enjoy walks. With miles of trails, the Bluff is a perfect place for botany or photography or plain old serenity. Note: there’s no TV, children must be supervised at all times and alcohol/tobacco/etc are not allowed on the property.

We are about 6 minutes from Liberty University, 8 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Lynchburg College and 20 minutes from the hospitals. Discounts are given for stays seven or more days. The television is a Roku.

This modern, single family home has been remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home including brand new beds ( replaced fall 2024) a grill and fire pit! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We are Pet Friendly and there is extra parking next to the driveway.
