This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. Set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Treetops is nestled on a three acre lot of hardwood forest with most trees surpassing 60 feet tall. The wrap around deck will give you a 360 degree view of the all the different trees and the many deer that cross the property daily. While in Riverbend you will have access to a private beach where you can swim, canoe, fish or have a picnic.
