Food Scene
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Every dish has a very thoughtful and beautiful presentation with a modern interior which makes for a serene environment. Overall, flavors are authentic and very flavorful.
Hai Yang Chicken my go to dish. Moist chicken and sauces compliment each other. The red sauce has a little kick, sweet and savory and mixed with ginger. Lovely turmeric rub on the chicken, and I was surprised at how moist the chicken was. Comes with a papaya salad that was delicious but could have been flavored more. Don't forget to grab an adult drink or Thia ice tea.

This place was so delicious and the staff are so sweet. The menu changes daily, so I alway find something new to love. Today got a side of a biscuit and sticky bun and I quickly realized that I will be making that my new routine! I can't wait to return to this spot.

If you've lived in the area you know of this place. I've live down the street from this gem of a burger spot. I go here a lot and am never disappointed, whether I get a burger or one of their chicken teriyaki plates, curly fries are a must and they usually have a special shake it's always good.

We usually order these dishes and share:
Papaya salad: papaya had a nice bite to them, the chicken a nice touch (shrimp was the other option and probably would have been good too), it was dressed in that fish sauce dressing. It was quite a refreshing salad.
Chicken curry: I forgot the name of it, but it was curry and had chicken. The sauce was smooth and creamy. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The veggies in the curry really soaked up the flavors. I really enjoyed this dish.

A very beautiful lake ideal for walking, jogging, or biking. If you're feeling lazy, you can just sit by the benches and green lawn to admire the view or watch people boating, kayaking, or canoeing. Great also for picnic and barbecue parties.

The best-kept secret in the Bay is Friday and Saturday nights are the telescopes,. Volunteers man these amazing giant scopes and point them toward the stars. On a clear night, you can get a great view of Saturn's rings, Jupiter's moons, and the brightest stars and planets in the sky.

The best-kept secret in the Bay is Friday and Saturday nights are the telescopes,. Volunteers man these amazing giant scopes and point them toward the stars. On a clear night, you can get a great view of Saturn's rings, Jupiter's moons, and the brightest stars and planets in the sky.
It's definitely geared towards kids but it was surprisingly fun! Everything was very educational but also very interactive. They have little games you can play, a section where you can build your own roller coasters, and even an exhibit where you can use joysticks to fly a mini blimp and try to get it through a hoop!
One of my favorite area's is the patio outdoors. They have wide unobstructed views of Berkeley and the bay from up high. It's great for taking photos.

It's definitely geared towards kids but it was surprisingly fun! Everything was very educational but also very interactive. They have little games you can play, a section where you can build your own roller coasters, and even an exhibit where you can use joysticks to fly a mini blimp and try to get it through a hoop!

This place is totally one-of-a-kind and a must-see. Come early and plan to spend the whole day. I LOVE this place!!! I've been a member here for over 10 years. I alway have a wonderful experience lots of interactive art instillations and they change things up pretty often too. Great for all ages. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in San Francisco!

The architecture is very cool as the museum is broken up into four main exhibits that seem to grow out of each other.

The natural history and culture exhibits as they told a very unique story about what makes California unique and great.

Alcatraz Island was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend for you to visit it. We had no problem booking as we went on a weekday and brought our tickets online but if you're looking to book a night tour definitely book months in advance.

I go here for the pharmacy and it's wonderful. Very quick service and the staff is so nice. The wait is usually 15 minutes or less or you can just drop it off and pick it up later.
