Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir en pleine campagne dans une propriété de 9 hectares (de bois, prairies et étangs), située au cœur du Périgord Noir, à proximité de tous les sites majeurs. Notre studio de 2 personnes (éventuellement 1 lit bébé peut-être rajouté) bénéficie d'un environnement calme et protégé et d'une implantation permettant de préserver l'intimité. Nos hôtes se partagent (avec 2 autres gites) une grande piscine avec une vue imprenable sur les falaises troglodytes.

Maison indépendante de 2 chambres en plein cœur de la nature, à 5 minutes de Sarlat avec espace extérieur privé de 300m², jardins et forêt de 7800m² sont aussi à votre disposition. Ce logement confortable de 65m² entièrement équipé dispose d'une terrasse bois avec salon de jardin, bains de soleil, barbecue. Cet espace extérieur clôturé vous est privatif. Vous avez accès à une piscine chauffée (du 01/05 au 30/09) de 10X4M. Ménage de fin de séjour obligatoire : 25€ à régler sur place.

Elle est de ces maisons où on pourrait rester l'intégralité des vacances, juste profiter du lieu, regarder les canoës passer, suivre la course du soleil sous le magnifique Albizia, prendre le temps de cuisiner.

From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides

Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
