The Salem Porch House is a beautiful, comfortable one bedroom condo and relaxing porch with views of the Salem Common on a residential side street. The condo has a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, full eat in kitchen with a farmhouse table, small bathroom with a sunken claw foot shower/tub and a peaceful living room with a queen bed for additional guests. The space is ideally located right downtown... everything is walking distance and many things literally 1-5 minutes away!

We have put a lot of love into creating a special and unique experience for visitors to the Witch City who love magic and Salem as much as we do. Each room has been carefully themed after a magical house or subject to give our guests an immersive experience. Each of our 7 rooms is inspired by each of the 7 books in our favorite magical fantasy series.

This brand new and stylish whole first floor apartment is located right off Derby Street bordering the Salem Maritime National Historic Site on two property lines. The property offers views of Salem Harbor as well as gorgeous views of the National Historic Site, otherwise known as the Salem Custom House. Includes bathroom with dressing area, living room with Murphy bed, and private bedroom with great light (w/ blackout curtain), cozy bed, and closet. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, and WiFi. NOTES: No full kitchen Two steep flights of stairs (not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children)

Beautiful very spacious historical house in Salem

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.

This listing includes one parking spot in an on site privately owned parking lot.
