Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence. IDEAL FOR 4 PEOPLE! This apartment is a true treasure, designed to give you an unparalleled experience in downtown Madrid. From the moment you set foot in this elegant space, you will fall in love with its charm and design-functionality and sophistication. Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. This cozy and fantastic 52m2 apartment is located on Encarnación González Street 13. With a capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything basic for a pleasant stay. Located on the third floor (penthouse) of a building with an elevator, this modern apartment offers a carefully designed space to ensure maximum comfort. The photos speak for themselves, revealing all the comforts of its facilities: - a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 4 chairs - a living room with a sofa and Smart TV - Bedroom 1 with a very comfortable 160 cm double bed - Bedroom 2 with a very comfortable 140 cm double bed - and 1 complete bathroom with sink and shower. Within these 52m2, you will find an intimate space that will provide you with the necessary tranquility to recharge after exploring the wonders that Madrid has to offer. Every corner was utilized and designed to provide you with the best experience during your stay. We provide towels, bed linen, gel, shampoo, and hand soap included for initial use. The climate control system is configured by season (heating mode in winter / cooling mode in summer) to ensure an optimal temperature at any time. A security deposit of 300 euros will be required. This deposit may be used to cover any damages found in the apartment. The corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

The bed on the upper level is large and cozy for two people and the sofa-bed downstairs also sleeps 2 more people comfortably if you’re traveling in a group of 4 people. The flat has a well-kept and functional bathroom with a shower for guests. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can hangout on the terrace, enjoying the peacefulness and talk about all the adventures of the day. You have everything you need here to have a fun and unforgettable trip. For big groups, there are other two apartments in the building that could be rented depending on availability. The entire house is accessible to our guests during their visit—all we ask is that you take care of it, please! Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
