A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Localiza-se no centro de Torrozelo, a 10 minutos de Seia e a 15 de Oliveira do Hospital. Pode desfrutar das piscinas, praias fluviais e conhecer vários pontos turísticos da nossa região. O meu espaço fica perto da Torre/estância de esqui (cerca de 15 min). A casa fica numa aldeia de montanha, a 1100 m de altitude, sendo considerada a aldeia mais alta de Portugal - Sabugueiro. Num raio de 10 km tem várias lagoas e praias fluviais, como por exemplo, o Vale do Rossim e Lagoa Comprida, Loriga e a praia da própria aldeia. O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios, famílias (com crianças), grandes grupos, e amigos peludos (animais de estimação).
