At the Tranquil Turtle, the ocean is on your doorstep! This condo is quiet and serene, but also located within walking distance of local eateries, bars and all the entertainment Jacksonville Beach has to offer. From coffee pods to bathrobes to beach chairs, everything is stocked so you can leave your cares behind upon check-in. We offer two beach-side private parking spaces, one covered and gated. A part of the proceeds from each stay goes to sea turtle conservation. Do good while on vacation!

The home is the entire first floor of a duplex, in a quiet beachside neighborhood; walking distance of shops, restaurants, & groceries with the convenience of being near all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (SeaSpray Chalet) on site.

Longvue is an Old Florida house set on private Medicis island in the Intracoastal Waterway surrounded by the Guana/Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (73,000 acres) and Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 acres). Private floating dock with tidal access to the IWC. Very private island with 6 residences. The 10 acre island is surrounded by rivers, marsh flats and fresh water ponds. Boat/Kayak to the National Reserve and walk the trails to S. Ponte Vedra Beach.

Located on the third floor above the dunes. Enjoy direct beach access just steps away from the large sparkling pool. The building has an elevator and a large gated pool area perfect for relaxing. Groups and large families will enjoy the endless hot water heater and comfortable king sized beds. The pullout sofa has a memory foam queen sized mattress and the ocean facing windows and patio door have blackout blinds. Walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife.
