1820's Farmhouse 182 acres/Private Swimming Pond

Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. Mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting. Air conditioning throughout the house.

Welcome to our cozy Cabin at Smokey Hollow! The Cabin features everything a family of eight may need. A farmhouse interior, complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining seating for all, main living area, whole-house water filtration, and a private deck with gas grill. There is a trailhead to some great hiking in the quiet woods behind the Cabin. Located just 20 min. from Cooperstown and 15 min. from Oneonta, convenient to Dreams Park, Baseball Hall of Fame, and skiing!

Cross the road to Northway Brewery or stroll to Brewery Ommegang. Just a short drive to the village! Clean & inviting 1850's renovated farmhouse w/well appointed kitchen, living & dining rooms, 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. Cable TV in all bedrooms & large screen in the living room, wifi throughout the house, gas fireplace in the living room, outdoor fireplace & a big front porch. There is a base price for up to 6 guests & then a $25 per guest per night fee for each additional guest up to the 14.

Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
