There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην αρχή του παλιού οικισμού της Νικήτης. Πρόκειται για έναν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο χώρο ο οποίος στο παρελθόν έχει υπάρξει ιστορικό κτήριο που λειτουργούσε ως Χαλκιδιο (παλιό σιδεράδικο). Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία η οποία διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενα υπνοδωμάτιο και ενα μπάνιο,καθως και 2 κλιματιστικά σε κάθε χώρο του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ακόμη μια ευρύχωρη βεράντα και ιδιωτικό παρκίνγκ.

Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea
