This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Guest house with one bedroom available. I occasionally live in the guest house to ensure everything is in working order. You will have the Guest house by yourself when you rent. I live full time in my Main house. Very private. I also have a fourteen year old blind, female Lab, gentle, sweet dog. This property in rural, but only 3 miles from Jesup. Rent is based 1 or 2 guests. If you depend on fast internet, you won't find that here in the country.
