Your beach home away from home! White sand dunes at the front door....no road gets in the way...what a treat! It is rare to find a house (in Adelaide or anywhere in the world, really) where your front garden cascades directly to the sandy dunes and gently lapping sea you. We love this location and want to give you, our guest, the opportunity to experience the magic of living this close to the ocean. This is a lovely, relaxed beach house that pays full tribute to the sea and views. Open the front door and the salty sea air and warm sun instantly takes you away from what ever is happening in the rest of your daily life. It is truly exhilarating. Don't come here if you are looking for something super modern or gleemingly glamorous because we believe that when you come to the beach you should feel comfortable and in the zone for all things related to the surf and sun. We want you to be fully present to the elements and enjoy the space. We expect you to feel you can traipse inside with sandy feet and leave your beach towels where they lay, eat your fish and chips where you want and kick back and enjoy being somewhere incredibly special. Our home is fully self contained and takes in the best sea (and sunset) views from the comfort of the couch in the living room to sharing a meal under the shade of the expansive outdoor dining area. The view from the master bedroom is extraordinary, too. There is sleeping room for seven with a king sized bed, single bed bunk, single bed and a double bed bunk (double below, single above) in three separate bedrooms. Public transport is close by or there is off road car parking (private garage).Fully ducted air-conditioning/heating will make your stay here in the summer or winter months very comfortable. Two showers, a bath and two toilets, laundry and dishwasher help to make your temporary beach house a place to relax and enjoy. We welcome you to experience a truly special piece of Adelaide's local beach oasis. WHAT'S IT LIKE?? This home has been furnished in keeping with a beach side feeling, with a splash of retro, using quality mid century items of furniture. Total inside space is approx 120 square meters, plus outdoor patio and rear courtyard of approx 100 square meters. Solid brick construction ensures privacy and minimal noise between our unit and the only other attached premise. There are no steps or stairs to get into the apartment and no stairs inside. There is a large garage which uses a remote control to operate the roller door. BEDROOMS - Bedroom 1 has 1 x king bed with walk-in robe - Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (single) and one other single bed - Bedroom 3 has a very comfortable double sized bunk bed (double below and single above). There is a built in wardrobe. - All linen provided. Beds are made up with linen, blankets, quilts - All rooms have ducted heating and air-conditioning Located in Westlakes Shore, a beautiful beach side suburb of Adelaide, in between Semaphore and Grange, a 25 min walk north up the beach or along a scenic bike path (or a 3km drive) will take you to the town centre of Semaphore, with a wonderful selection of cafes, shops, pubs, bars, supermarkets and a cinema. A 40 minute walk (4km drive) will take you to Grange, where there is a beach front café and pub. It is a 2km drive to West Lakes Shopping Centre with large department stores such as David Jones and K-Mart, Coles and Woolworths supermarkets as well as a large range of speciality shops. There is also a Food Court and large cinema. 20 minute drive to the city centre of Adelaide. The city centre is also easily accessed by public transport, either via bus from the bus stop on the doorstep from Military Road or via train from nearby Glanville or Ethelton stations. Walking distance to Grange and Henley beaches, close to public transport and local eateries. An extremely safe and lovely area and neighbourhood.

This elegant coastal retreat sits behind a charming 1912 home, just a 4 minute stroll from the beach and 20 minutes by train to Adelaide’s heart with easy access to Adelaide Oval & the Festival Centre to enjoy the best of sport and the arts. A peaceful, plant‑based stay for rest and renewal -we kindly ask no meat (or fish) on site, as its scent lingers like smoke. Enjoy our shared garden with your own private area to relax, meet the golden retrievers, and explore local cafés and shops nearby.

Studio Henley - 5 min walk to beach & restaraunts

This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

One Bedroom Apartment. Part of an old house only 2 streets back and 2 mins walk from the beach and the magnificent Henley Square. Henley Square has some of the best food, bars, pubs and ice creameries in the state along with stunning views and an amazing beach. The apartment has a fully serviced kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a washing machine and clothes air dryer. Sleeping arrangements are suitable for a couple & infant, as a porta cot and highchair are provided.

Luxury Beach House minutes walk from Grange Beach

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
