A 10-minute stroll along the Burke Gilman Trail takes you to Gas Works Park where you can enjoy full views of the city skyline. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.

Cozy private backyard cottage directly across the street from Green Lake. It's a separate structure from the main house. Small kitchen, full bathroom, and a separate gated/fenced-in area for your small dog. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC organic food, and more. You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to UW and only a few minutes from downtown. (ABB incorrectly lists as a 4 min walk to lake)

Our cozy Spanish inspired bungalow with vaulted ceilings, loft, and fireplace is located in the quintessential Seattle neighborhood of Montlake. The neighborhood is a quiet retreat within the urban heart of Seattle. It is literally next door to the University of Washington (Husky Stadium), steps away from Lake Washington and the Arboretum water front trails, the historic Seattle Yacht Club, and 10 min from downtown Seattle by car, the LINK light rail, or bus.
