Back for our second season in 2026. Located at the edge of our woodland, this 200-year-old former barn has recently been completely renovated. It provides a quiet, cozy, bright, private STUDIO space ideal for a single visitor or couple. The property offers a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and central air/heat. A small private seating area catches the mid-morning sun outside the main entrance. Come and enjoy the local area's beautiful scenery, hikes, antique trail, & great restaurants.

A cozy, rustic cottage beautifully overlooking Wimsink Brook. Custom designed & handcrafted woodwork throughout the home. An all around great spot for families and friends. A magical, peaceful and relaxing space. Conveniently located on the Connecticut/New York border, just a 1 ½ hour drive or metro north from NYC. The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

Relax with family and friends at this breathtaking lake front home. Peaceful setting with beautiful views of Swan Lake. Updated bedrooms, completely renovated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. A brand new dock was installed for boating, fishing and swimming right from our backyard. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more. Dogs considered on a case by case basis!

The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm

Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm, a one bedroom, one bath cottage located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village. Please note that we allow pets (dogs only) and have a limit of two. **Access to the 2nd floor bedroom is a steep and open staircase** (see interior photo listed under Laundry)

With a forest as your backyard and RT34 one min away, you can easily balance your desire for nature and adventure with the need for easy travel and commuting, take a short hike into a forest (trails minutes away) and/or relax under the stars around a fire pit.

New large studio on secluded property at the end of the country road. Surrounded by trees and across the river from the National Audubon, bird sanctuary. 5 minutes from I-84. 4 minutes from town and 1 hour from Manhattan. Private, peaceful and restful. Lakes in walking distance, Metro-North rail; 7 minutes, local shopping area 1 mile. Bus route in walking distance. Great neighborhood!! All are welcomed. Warm community.
