My guest will have a private bedroom, with a bathroom adjacent. Guest living area with a desk, couch, recliner, and easy access to the kitchen. Guests have a private entrance. Access to laundry as well. Wi-fi on DSL, smart TV in the bedroom, NetFlix & Hulu. I keep long term stays affordable.
