Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

Easily accessible to Stroud's famous market, Cheltenham races, Roman villas, village pubs! (2 adults & 2 children are welcome)

Elmside is a country cottage with Hot Tub

This property offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. we have a local shop in the village run by local volunteers offering a good friendly service with an array of local produce. Next to the shop is the village recreation ground with a designated play area suitable for a game of football or even a picnic. The local Old Fox pub and restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the cottage , a very popular place to eat and it would be advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Come and indulge yourself in Wren Cottage! Wren Cottage is the perfect place for a rural retreat or romantic getaway. A comfortable cottage in a sympathetic barn conversion with patio and grass area. Wren Cottage has an open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen and two armchairs. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king-size bed with a bath and shower, vanity unit and separate toilet. Outside is an enclosed patio and garden with patio furniture.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Isel Ysgubor (Low Barn in Welsh) is a one bedroom converted premises. It is located in an idyllic quiet part of Monmouthshire with many wonderful walks, cycle and running areas in the general locality. Monmouth town centre is approximately 10 minutes drive away, where there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, superstores, pubs and the sort of facilities that one would expect to find in an old Market Town. A place to be enjoyed through all of the seasons.

The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.

The Parlour, was used by our family for milking the dairy cows for generations before us. The Potting Shed is a contemporary wooden garden studio nestled at the bottom of my 100 metre garden, located next to a natural woodland area. It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals. The garden has a fire pit which guests are welcome to use. Marshmallows provided on request!

A uniquely situated spacious new barn conversion with underfloor heating, great views over the valleys and breakfast with the cows a few inches from your dinning room table. Bang on the cotswold way and shared use of indoor heated swimming pool. Great wet room showers. Upto 2 well behaved dogs welcome but MUST be booked in advance.
