The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Our home on a tree filled property is situated directly opposite the beautiful Glenbrook Lagoon, a 20 minute walk to Glenbrook village and train station .The pool, pub, bowlo and restaurants are just a few blocks away . With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bullaburra is a quiet mid Blue Mountains village, just 3 minutes from Wentworth Falls and 15 minutes from Katoomba. The name means "Blue Skies" so we benefit from the clear Blue Mountains air without quite so much fog. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two have queen size beds, the third has a double bed and a single trundle. There is a real flame gas fire and air conditioning. The garden includes some veges and herbs that you can pick.

Adam’s Hall 1900s School house

Adam’s Hall is a renovated 1900s cottage that was used as a School for 20 children in 1926. It shares some amazing history with its surround in Wallacia just a short walk from the well known Wallacia pub. The house itself is a charming mix of old character and new amenities with plenty to do for families and big groups. A 20 minute drive to Penrith or Narrellan. A 8 minute drive to the new Nancy-Bird Walton Western Sydney Airport.
