Being placed in Mid Devon, makes us an ideal location to explore local villages, towns, the beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter and both North and South coastlines, plus 2 National Trust properties within 3 miles. explore Exmoor and Dartmoor national parks.

Charming self contained bungalow with lovely views, adjacent to main house, and set in a Devon village. Two nights minimum stay with lovely countryside views. Private parking on driveway abailable though the turning through the entrance is quite narrow for very large cars, there is also free parking on the road. Close to National Trust estates of Killerton & Knighthayes. 4 miles from M5 junction giving great access to Dartmoor, Exmoor, and both coastlines. The city of Exeter is 8 miles away.

Short distance (7 miles) to Exeter & Tiverton. Exmoor & Dartmoor (45 mins drive). Travel cot available charge of £20 (incl, bedding and linen) High chair available. Tea selection, coffee, cereals, bread, milk, (non dairy powder alternative) butter, bacon, eggs , jams, all provided. Please notify of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Enjoy the quiet in our light and airy newly refurbished space just outside this popular Exe Valley village. There are two friendly village pubs within a short walk, an excellent farm shop & cafe and post office. A 15-20minute drive from Exeter's city centre, Tiverton and Crediton and 45 minutes to Exmoor and Dartmoorand nearest beaches. Varied and picturesque walking routes are close by. We apologise, the property is not currently accepting pets. The property is a non- smoking space.

The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. A beautiful self-contained spacious garden flat in a Victorian house with a large private covered terrace & garden directly from the living room or the conservatory. The flat has its own front door and the private garden is for your use only. Accommodation includes a super king bed in a large bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a travel cot available if needed. Pets are welcome; the garden is dog-proof.
