A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. A luxury rustic Villa on the west coast of Corfu Island, overlooking the Ionian Sea, just 17km from Corfu town. The Villa sits in a very private location, with Dehoumeni Beach just below the villa, reachable by footpath and long sandy beach of Agios Gordis just 5 minutes by car. A full renovation has recently been completed and the villa now has a bright modern décor with rustic finishes in stone and wood.
