Dvije sobe imaju površinu od 12 m² i imaju queen size boxspring krevete (160x200 cm), dok dodatne dvokrevetne i jednokrevetne sobe nude udobnost i privatnost. Stropna ventilatorska rasvjeta u svakoj spavaćoj sobi osigurava hladnu i prozračnu atmosferu, čak i u najtoplijim danima. Dnevni boravci su svijetli, otvoreni i pažljivo namješteni, s potpuno opremljenim kuhinjama na oba kata, pametnim televizorima i besprijekornim prijelazima između unutarnjeg i vanjskog prostora. Vani se nalazi privatni bazen od 11 m2, zasjenjene terase i ležaljke s pogledom na more koje stvaraju savršeno okruženje za opuštanje. Plaža je doslovno na kućnom pragu, a vila također uključuje igraonicu s biljarom, stolnim nogometom i pikadom, kao i SUP dasku i kajak za uživanje u moru.
