Stone and marble villa with 2 luxe apartments. Beautiful, the cleanest, peaceful and shallow sea in the bay (200 meters - 3 min walk). First 20 meters of the sea the depth is below the knee. Everything included! WiFi, grill, kitchen, washing machine, parking, big balcony, gazebo with grill and stone stove!! 20 min on foot (5 min by car) to the nearest tourist village Nea Potidea with a lot of tavernas, pizzerias, bars and play-areas for children. 50km to Thessaloniki Airport and Thessaloniki.
