The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

Der Strand ist innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar und bietet genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden.

Small but comfortable house by the sea and next to Siviri centre with 2 floors. At the lower floor there are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 single. There is a wall in between to offer more privacy between the double bed and the 2 singles. At the upper floor there is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only 20 meters from the sea! (or less)

This apartment is in SIVIRIS Chalkidiki, about an hour’s drive from Thessaloniki International Airport. Modern, fully furnished and on the top of the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room. All electrical and electronic amenities are included.
