Scenic Lake Getaway

Awesome walkout basement apartment in a new home that is perfect for couples. Wake up to emerald waters and picturesque Smith Mountain view from the comforts of your bed. Full kitchen and dining as well as a furnished outdoor patio space with hot tub. The is an outdoor grill fire pit. A pontoon boat, 2 stand up paddleboards and 2 kayaks are available to rent. You are welcome to share the dock with us! It's a number of steps to get to the water, but well worth the walk back up.

Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

Cozy SML Lakeside Cottage with Dock & Kayaks

Escape to this cozy lakeside cottage—perfect for couples or small families. Enjoy stunning views, direct lake access, and peaceful vibes. Lounge on the private dock or deck, swim, fish, or paddle out with two included kayaks or an inflatable paddleboard. A gentle sloping lawn leads to the water, plus a boat ramp (9'8" wide) and a private dock make lake adventures easy. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or exploring the lake, this retreat blends comfort with outdoor charm.

Plenty of Water on the main channel. Enjoy the sun rising over the Blackwater of Smith Mountain Lake from the spacious covered porch and then spend the day playing on the water. Finish off a perfect day at the lake by sitting around the campfire or in the new Hot Tub. The lake front Cabin at Pine Haven has expansive views from a bluff above the water.
