This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 12: two bedrooms have a king bed and two bedrooms have pairs of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well. Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.
