Új építésű, magasan felszerelt, maximális kényelmi extrákkal, automata hűtéssel-fűtéssel, gyors internettel ellátott, 3 személyes lakás, mely 10 perc sétára van csupán a Deseda tótól. A lakás csendes zöldövezetben, jól megközelíthető helyen van. A közös használatú udvarban hangulatos helyen grillezési, bográcsozási lehetőséget kínálunk. Relax in the Zselic hills in a special 67 sqm two-bedroom plus living room apartment with a huge 70 sqm roof terrace. Quality bed mattresses for a restful night's sleep and motorised shutters for total peace of mind. Terrace with sun loungers, hammock and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and induction stovetop. Free covered and closed parking on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, air conditioning.

Libic: peaceful paradise

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
