Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for mordern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

The Lookout is perched high above the sea and surrounded by natural forests. Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to the city and both air and sea ports, it is located above the car park of my house so my family , parents and myself are easily available. It is a welcoming fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view. the windows are large glass panels that allow for fresh air and light. it is equipped with all amenities:
