Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.

Banksia Luxury Villa

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The large modern kitchenette comes with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. While the luxurious bathroom also has a tropical garden outlook.

The cottage is cosy with a modern ensuite, a wood burning fire and spectacular views. Also suitable for solo adventurers, business travellers or couples with an infant.

Clearhills, Nannup a beautiful, wilderness cottage

Clearhills (Darradup) is a beautiful, stone cottage in a fantastic location. Nestled in the middle of the state forest it's a perfect, secluded get-away for a couple, four friends or a family. Guests can explore the forest which is teeming with birdlife, wildlife and resident possums, tour attractions or snuggle up in front of the open fireplace. It is magical, showcasing the most magnificent night sky. A truly unique experience.

Fully self contained Hacienda

The fully self contained Hacienda offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for 2 -3 adults or two adults and up to two children. The main bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach.
