Cozy Three Story Lookout Tower

Thank you for your interest in The Cozy Lookout Tower! Our unique vacation home is really a destination location rather than just a place to stay while you explore the area. Many of our guests are repeat guests that use our home as a place to recharge, relax, cook, read, talk, play games and connect with that special someone. There are some lovely hikes in the area, we encourage you to bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking some hikes then returning for a soak in the tub!

Elk Beach View, a place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for your cooking/baking needs along with the tableware to enjoy your creations. The bedrooms are thoughtfully created with comfort in mind. Smart TV’s are mounted in the bedrooms and living room and Internet is high speed. The deck provides indoor and outdoor living space with a hot tub overlooking the trees and providing ocean views. Activities surround the area and the coastal views are included.

Ripple Rock Ranch Lodge

The Ripple Rock Lodge offers amazing views of The Rogue River Gorge and Lost Creek Lake. The lodge has a large patio with ambient lighting, and both gas and charcoal grills! Beautiful hand built log house nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. 15 minutes to Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, and a three minute walk to Pacific Crest Trail. Watch the sunset or soak in the oversized tub while a fire crackles downstairs. This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake. The lake is great for paddling but can be too much algae sometimes for swimming.

Watch osprey from the sprawling cedar deck, fish for salmon right on the river bank, or take a soak in the deep tub, this peaceful cabin you won't want to leave. Located half way between Grants pass and Medford with easy access to the 5 freeway, you can enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer. The cabin has one deluxe bathroom and one cozy bedroom that has a king size bed with a water view.

Please read below for details about the occupancy. We are nestled in the country between Roseburg and Glide. This updated studio is private, clean, restored, and sits atop a 50's cabin. This is a shared guest property, and the parking and entrances are completely separate! Open the windows, listen to the creek, or sit on the porch and look at the trees. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake!
