The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Travis Treehouse

Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Chanticleer Log Cabin for 2, lake cove, 26 acres

Unwind in a restored log cabin just for two with special comforts and seclusion, perched amidst oak trees, with a detached screened porch/fireplace. There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres with our Lake Travis shoreline in the distance. A pastoral sunrise view of deer across the field begins the day. Central A/C, smart tv, clawfoot tub/shower, cotton bedding, duvet and robes. Propane grill. See the night sky, Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars-all yours. We opened Chanticleer Log Cabin in 1996!

The Lillipad A Lovely Vintage Camper

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. This unique place has a style all its own. Stand-alone guest house bedroom with full bath (shower.) On-site parking. This great space offers a lovely private entryway courtyard and is decorated with print art. Vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness of the room. Two large windows let in plenty of light and a beautiful hill country view. Heating and cooling are provided with an efficient and quiet mini-split system. There’s also a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. 100% cotton sheets.

If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

Cheerful 3-bedroom lake house with pool

This lake house is our family’s happy place! You can grill under the covered pavilion with outdoor ceiling fans, roast marshmallows in the firepit, play in the private pool, swim off the dock and try our 2 kayaks. Fun facts: There are 2 bathrooms which are located inside of 2 of the bedrooms. So whoever is in the 3rd bedroom, will have to sneak through a bedroom to get to one of the bathrooms. Quirky- but FUN. The path to the lake is private but steep with loose gravel.

We're also conveniently located so guests can get to Austin for live music and The Hill Country Galleria for shopping. Venture a little further West to experience the local vineyards. There's plenty to do and see or just kick back and relax.
