The apartment is spacious and the specialty is a large private terrace (30 m2) in front of the apartment surrounded by greenery. You can enjoy the natural shade or the shade under the umbrella. Also you can park the car on the street for free or can park in my yard, so you can enjoy their vacation without worrying about your car. The area is ideal for swimming (7 minutes to the beach) , walking, biking, climbing and marine activities,or enjoy in a short walk to the old town along the seafront.

This brand new villa is situated in Gornja Podstrana, a small village on the hill 10km south from Split. It's a peaceful oaza surrounded by unspoiled nature, perfect to take all the stress away.
