It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.

Outside boasts three attached porches, a hot tub, fire pit, fairy garden, and over 1.5 acres to roam and enjoy. WiFi, outdoor fenced in pet enclosure for furry friends, and game area in the living room with dart board and over-sized connect four for everyone to enjoy!

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
