You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.

Rescued from demolition by passionate citizens, the building was completely rebuilt and is now community owned. Rentals benefit rural arts programs at a nearby nonprofit. 45 mins to Bflo, 30 to Ellicottville, lots of great nearby hiking, Catt Creek, fishing, canoeing.

The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.
