Accessible to the ITS83 snowmobile trail system, hunting, fishing, boating, and ATV trail. Located on the shores of Mud Lake. Don’t let the name fool you. This is a beautiful lake in Northern Maine.

Long Lake Lodge

This private but very accessible cabin is ideally located for enjoying the great outdoors of northern Maine through all 4 seasons. With unspoiled lake views from each bedroom and the living area, a large deck with a partial porch, and all the modern amenities, this enchanting getaway will see to all your needs. With Fort Kent, Madawaksa, Edmundston, and Saint Agatha all within 20 minutes, you will have plenty of well established towns to explore. We call it The Decompression Chamber for a reason

Large 5 bedroom home on 88 acres

House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 1 double and 1 twin bed. There are two living rooms, 1 with a queen fold out bed. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Private entrance. Spacious bedroom (14 X 11) with large closet and dresser. Open concept living room (14X11) with queen size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.

Guest House/Apt, private fully equipped, sleeps 4

Feel at home in our cozy, pet-friendly space! Enjoy a private entrance, separate 1 bedroom with king bed (heated mattress pad if reqd), plus a full-size pull-out sofa. Air mattress and/or inflatable toddler bed available by request. Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, (with full-size washer/dryer for stays of 3+ nights). Just 5 minutes to the Fort Kent, Maine border, ski resorts and scenic snowmobile, ATV, dirt bike trails.

Cozy Cross Lake Studio

Stay on the lake and make this cozy studio apartment a home base for all your Northern Maine adventures! This is a self-contained unit above a detached garage. Room to park two to three vehicles outside and space for several snowmobiles. Kayaks are available to borrow. Cross Lake is on the Fish River chain of lakes providing miles of open water for fishing and water sports. Easy access to ATV and snowmobile trails.
