You won't be roughing it, though nature is right out the front door: beaches and fishing are mins away, trails for hiking and a cute, quiet, rural setting. Great place for relaxing, fishing ,hunting

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 3500 sq ft lakehouse with all amenities including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 shower), full kitchen/dining area, two living spaces, internet access, pool table/bar, overflow den area and fire pit. Extra double bed in a loft as needed. Two TVs in each of the living spaces one with smart TV functions. The space is fully furnished with linens and towels.
