This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Secluded Cabin: Mountain View, Hot Tub + Fireplace

Architect-designed alpine cabin with panoramic White Mountain views, including Mount Washington Relax in the hot tub, watch the sunset over the mountains, and enjoy a peaceful forest setting close to lakes, hiking trails, and skiing. 4WD or AWD REQUIRED Nov 1st-April 15th Starting May–Fall 2026, there may occasionally be (weekday only) construction noise up the road (250ft) from neighbors building their home. Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Sebago Lake Waterfront Studio

Sebago Lake Cottage | Rare Private Beach & Views

Your private beachfront getaway on Maine's pristine Sebago Lake—with one of the rarest amenities on the water: a fully private sandy beach, no association, no sharing, usable all season even in high-water years when many Sebago beaches disappear underwater. Gorgeous lake views, stunning sunrises, cozy updated interior, and AC/heat in every room. Summer season (mid-June–Sept 4) is Sat-to-Sat rental. Sebago Retreat is a non-smoking, no-pet property. This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

The Loon's Nest Cottage
